The City of Sturgeon Bay will consider the renewal of the Flock Camera System for 21 months, extending through the end of 2027 during its Tuesday meeting at 6 pm. The Sturgeon Bay Police Department’s previous two-year agreement expired April 4, and officials are proposing a renewal costing more than $50,000, with $30,000 covered in the 2026 capital budget and the remainder covered by the 2027 budget. The Village of Egg Harbor will discuss an amendment to zoning code that would remove the requirement for property owner consent when designating historic structures during its Wednesday meeting at 9 am. Read the agenda

🚲 Parks & Recreation (Monday, 1 pm)

The Village of Sister Bay’s Parks, Property and Streets Committee will discuss a request from Peninsula Kayak Company to install a wooden storage shed at Sister Bay Beach to support a proposed e-bike rental concession at the committee meeting on Monday at 1 pm. The proposal includes a small, non-permanent shed to store and charge e-bikes, following prior committee and Plan Commission review and concerns about placement and maintenance. Read the agenda


🔊Announcements 

  • The Door County Sheriff’s Office issued a road closure notice for South Duluth Avenue (CTH S) on its Facebook page on April 2. The closure will begin Monday, April 6, between Emerald Drive and STH 42/57 as part of a roadway reconstruction project that includes storm sewer improvements, curb and sidewalk installation and new pavement. The work is expected to be completed by mid-July with detours in place for northbound and southbound traffic.
